Walk-to-Run Plan Generator
The safest way to become a runner is to walk your way into it. Pick your starting point and get a 4-week run/walk plan you can print and stick on the fridge: three sessions a week, every jog at a pace where you could still chat.

- A doctor has ever told you that you have a heart condition or high blood pressure
- You feel chest pain, pressure or unusual breathlessness during everyday activity
- You have felt faint or dizzy during or after light exercise recently
- A bone, joint or tendon problem currently limits your walking
- You are pregnant, recently had surgery, or manage a condition that affects exercise
- You have been almost completely inactive for a year or more
